Tougefest General Liability & Attendee Responsibility
Attendance at Tougefest is completely voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own safety, conduct, decisions, property, and activities at all times.
Tougefest may include driving, vehicle displays, road travel, recreational activities, social activities, and other activities involving inherent risks. Participating in any activity is done entirely at your own risk.
Each attendee is solely responsible for:
- Their own driving and vehicle operation
- Following all applicable laws and traffic regulations
- Their vehicle and personal property
- Their own actions, decisions, and behavior
- The actions and behavior of anyone they bring to the event
- Any damage, injury, loss, or expense resulting from their actions or choices
Tougefest, its organizers, volunteers, associates, and representatives are not responsible for the actions, behavior, driving, negligence, misconduct, or choices of individual attendees.
Fontana Village Resort, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, and associates are likewise not responsible for the actions or behavior of Tougefest attendees or participants.
Attendees are expected to exercise good judgment, operate vehicles safely and legally, respect other people and their property, and comply with the rules and policies of Tougefest and Fontana Village Resort.
Participation in Tougefest does not constitute permission to engage in illegal, reckless, dangerous, or disruptive behavior.
If you choose to participate, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
Tougefest Attendee Code of Conduct
Tougefest is intended to be a fun, welcoming, and safe event for everyone. Attendees are expected to use common sense and treat others with respect.
By attending Tougefest, you agree to:
- Drive responsibly. Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits. No reckless driving, racing, burnouts, or other dangerous driving.
- Respect others. Treat attendees, staff, volunteers, residents, and the public with courtesy and respect.
- Respect property. Do not damage, tamper with, or trespass on property belonging to others.
- Follow venue rules. Follow all rules and policies established by Fontana Village Resort and other event locations.
- Be responsible for yourself and your guests. You are responsible for your own actions and the conduct of anyone you bring.
- Keep the event safe and clean. Dispose of trash properly and do not create unnecessary hazards or disturbances.
- Do not engage in illegal or threatening behavior. Violence, harassment, theft, vandalism, or other illegal activity will not be tolerated.
- Use good judgment. If an activity is unsafe, disruptive, or clearly inappropriate, don't do it.
Tougefest organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or creates a safety, security, or disruption concern. No refunds are guaranteed for removal from the event.
Be respectful. Drive responsibly. Have fun.
